Abstract

The author has at our solicitation forwarded a digest of the paper of the above subject contributed by him at the recent Australian meeting of the British Association for the Advancement of Science. In addition to the plant now in successful operation at Chingford, England, the Egyptian Government has ordered a plant capable of delivering 100,000,000 gals. per day.
