Abstract

These stores have been erected by the Victorian Government at an estimated cost of £90,000. They are the largest in Australia. The refrigerating machinery is comprised in four units, and was made in Australia. In the remaining portion of the installation several innovations have been introduced, making it a most complete and up-to-date plant. The description gives the salient points.
