- Abstract
Since the introduction of concrete and concrete-steel pipes municipal engineers have been able to do away with the construction of culverts and sewers in situ. The author refers to the standard fixed by the New South Wales Government for stoneware and reinforced concrete pipes, and gives tables of internal dimensions of standard pipes, and of pressure on pipes due to filling in trenches.
