Abstract: This article describes briefly the work carried out under a recent contract for construction of eight wheat elevators at country railway sidings in New South Wales. The general layout and design are outlined, the leading particulars of the plant are set out, and an account is given of the method of construction with sliding forms for the bin and working house.
