Abstract

This book was a cooperative venture involving the Victorian National Parks Association, the Save Our Bushlands Action Committee and the Federation of Victorian Walking Clubs. It covers the history of the Alps, the beginnings of control, the new adventurers, towards an Alpine Park and threats to the Alps.
