A large collection of personal records covering: a long family history of radical humanism dating from the suffragette movement, through a visit to Russia in the 1930s by his father, to Peter's visit to East Berlin in 1985; working laboratory research notebooks on biophysical problems; preparation of his journalism, books and lectures (He gave an extraordinary amount of time towards making his public lectures run smoothly especially those to Youth ANZAAS); notes on the history of science including a contribution to J.D.
