Includes material on R. G. Casey (Snr); C. G. Casey; social, economic and climatic conditions in the later 19th century; and drafts, correspondence and photographs for "Australian father and son". Thirty-two diaries kept by Lord Casey (23 Dec. 1939-10 June 1976), his diaries from 1904-1924 and 1914/1915 war diaries/notebooks. Diaries, bank books and letterbooks of R. G. Casey (Snr), 1874-1916. Letter and account books of C. G. Casey, 1848-1884. Ninety-five volumes of press cuttings relating to Lord Casey, covering the period 1924-1978. Also 4 cm. of loose cuttings. Manuscript copy of Lord Casey's 1954 work "Friends and neighbours". Material and realia relating to Lord Casey's Order of the Garter as well as other titles and honours.
