Summary

Ernst Haimann worked for British Paints from 1944 and formulated Glossmasta, a leading brand for many years. In 1956 he resigned and co-founded Vessey Chemicals Pty Ltd. Haimann was the company's Technical Director from1956 to 1073, Director till 1984 and a consultant till 1986. He migrated to Australia in 1940 after completing Diploma in Chemical Engineering and Doctorate of Technical Sciences at the University of Zurich in Switzerland.
