Summary
Previously the National Acoustic Laboratories, Australian Hearing was established in 1992. Australian Hearing conducts hearing research and also provides hearing aids to the public. Their main clients are children, young adults, aged pensioners, veterans and war widows. From Australian Hearing's website, December 2000: 'Our mission...is to provide the best hearing care, the latest in hearing aid technology and to lead the world in hearing research.'
